Keeping Sharp

I often wonder how does one keep the creative ideas flowing and sometimes (when trying to sleep) how to stop them ;-)

Where does the spark come from?

As an artist, these thoughts inevitably landed with the conclusion that the knowing is of little help when compared to the doing. At the beginning of  "Tao Te Ching" Lau Tzu states, "the nameless is the beginning of heaven and Nature".  And so it is with Creativity in that speaking of it can never get you closer to doing it.
You have to get off the pot sometime ;-)

The artist must continuously be pushing forward and trusting that the intangible at some level will become tangible.  So it is simply imperative to go where our spark leads us without thought of formal outcomes. Become a child again in spirit. If you are interested in something try to express your thoughts about it creatively. This section of the site is devoted to presenting a menagerie of non-commercial projects.
