Humane Society of Indy

Providing services to our animal friends for over 100 years, the Humane Society of Indianapolis is the area's first and largest charitable animal shelter. HSI programs include the acceptance of all animals, shelter for homeless animals, animal adoptions, spay/neuter surgery for shelter animals, humane education, lost and found matching, care for injured, unweaned or sick animals and many more programs.

The Humane Society of Indianapolis is a private, non-profit organization, not a municipal or governmental entity. HSI does not receive any tax or other public support for any of its services. The Society is completely dependent on donations from individuals, corporations and foundations.
